Ghana is a unitary constitutional democracy led by using a president who is each head of state and head of the government.[18] Ghana's growing economic prosperity and democratic political gadget have made it a local electricity in West Africa.[19] it is a member of the Non-Aligned motion, the African Union, the economic community of West African States (ECOWAS), organization of 24 (G24) and the Commonwealth of nations.[20]
